What happens if I need to withdraw from an event or request a specific tee time?
To request a refund:
- Step 1: Log in to the event's Golf Genius portal.
- Step 2: Navigate to the registration page and select Edit Registration.
- Step 3: Use the "Actions" dropdown to choose one of two options:
- Request Refund: This only requests the money back; you will remain on the event roster until a manager takes action.
- Cancel Registration: This removes you from the roster immediately and initiates the refund request.
- Approval: Once submitted, the Mass Golf staff in charge must approve the request before the funds are returned. You will receive an automated email confirmation if the refund is processed.

Championships - Please contact Grace McKinnon at gmckinnon@massgolf.org for info on the waitlist.
Tournaments - Please contact the staff in charge that is listed on the specific event page for info on the waitlist.
Member Days - Please contact Kyle Sherman at ksherman@massgolf.org for info on the waitlist.
